Dear concern, Already i have visited your showroom in trichy-tamilnadu office enough (3) times for my service request migration form postpaid to prepaid mobile no : [protected], All my visits you have replied to me it's impossible, after this i have sent mail to your appellate authority they had replied to me and they have specifically mentioned it's possible to migration form postpaid to prepaid mobile no : [protected] for your ref : appellate reference number is 1-[protected]. After this also i have visited your showroom in trichy-tamilnadu and shown your appellate reference number is 1-[protected] also, simply you have denied my request migration form postpaid to prepaid mobile no : [protected]. I'm ready to submit the following documents along with application form: ø copy of address proof ø copy of photo id proof ø passport size photograph And I'm also ready to pay last month bill payment and current month full rent with tax.
