Aircel — my 96 rs Recharge stopped suddenly

Dear aircel, my name is Milind Bhoite n my mob no. [protected]. My email id-maddy.[protected]@gmail.com. location-pune maharastra. i did recharge of 96rs on dated 18 may 2016 11:49pm for aircel to aircel unlimited free calling for 3 months. But suddenly my free calling stops from last 5 days. I try lot of time to call customer care on no. 198, 121 but they cant help me even cut my calls without any talking. Lastly i register my compliant on aircel website case no 1-[protected] but still my problem not solved. I m using aircel card from 7 years. and till last months i get nice service from u but from now which i experience about ur customer care service, i feel shameful to use aircel card. I[censored] cant help customer through care no. Then why u not close ur customer care department? plz understand my problem n solve this issue. Either tell me u r unable to solve i will port my card to other service providers. I hope u will help. Thanks

Request you to TOP up your main balance with minimum top up of Rs 10/- to enjoy services free 48000local AIrcel to Aircel seconds per month for 3 months. your service expires on 15/08/2015.

sir my problem still not solved. Even i made recharge of 10rs at today 2.55pm. But i have charged for call. Please give me correct information about my complaint solution.
Dear Milind Sir,

In order to enjoy all the benefits you should have atleast Rs 10 in your main account and for that you must top up with Rs 15 or Rs 20, as per your choice.

Dear Aircel officer, My problem Still not solved. i have still facing problem. i think aircel's senior officer also not capable to solve customers’ complaints.
From 7 days i am facing this problems even its not my mistakes. Its too much time to face problem and wait for solution.
i made recharge for unlimited calling. You offer only aircel-aircel 48000s. i have compromise n agreed for that. after that u said recharge min.10rs Top up. I did that recharge after that u said recharge 20rs top up. This time also i recharge of 20rs. but still facing problem.
All i experienced its looks like aircel only wants customer money but not to provide good service.
so its enough now. Please stop my aircel service my mob no. are [protected] and [protected]. I will never use and recommend aircel service to friends or anybody.
