[Resolved] Aircel — My outgoing call blocked by Aircel | |||||
Dear Sir, I would like to inform you that my number is blocked from 24/2/17 to till date. I am unable to out going call. In this regards I have informed to your customer care department on 24th February, 17 but they told me that some of Rs (10, 480/-) due against my previous operator(Vodafone) from my end but I informed them that I have already given my due amount to my previous operator (Vodafone) on 20/2/17. Please check my previous mail for this mobile number ([protected]) but till date my number is block, I am unable to understand for which basic my number is block I mean I am unable to out going call. I am continually follow up to your customer department regarding this issue but nobody can't help me. This is really painful for me. I am upset for your service this is really pathetic for me.
