[Resolved] Aircel — My prepaid balance debited by aircel illegally | |||
I moumita dey want to inform you that whenever i filled my top up balance to my mobile number [protected] then aircel deducted rs.20;rs.30;rs.10 by their own system and illegal practise. This is illegal and not desired by me. Try to refund all deducted amount to my balance. This is very unfair and very irritating case to me. If you do not understand my problem i throw my sim to garbage. Aircel is sucking and eating my prepaid filling balance. Try to solve this matter immediattely---moumita dey-[protected]. system check it has been found that customer balance Rs. 18/- got deducted dated-
10/3/2015, due to Reactivation of VAS - MOC1 - HUNGAMA through
WAP . Credit of 18/- has been posted in customer's A/C from our end dated- 13/3/2015 . Customer have to revert within 24hrs. of
balance deduction. However, we allow 96 hrs.
