[Resolved]  Aircel — NDAIRPI2 service gets automatically activated .Need to deactivate it and refund deducted money

For the past 10 days, 2 rupees per day is getting deducted from my balance under NDAIRPI2. I didn't activate it and checked under 155223 and found I'm not subscribed to any pack. Not able to deactivate by sending STOP to 155223. Not able to get in touch with any customer care executive. This is pathetic service and cheating by AIRCEL. just stop this. Phone number [protected].

Hlo my cell no. Is [protected].. I didn't subscribe to fun TV and it automatically get activated.. I received a service SMS.. Plz deactivate it .. And do not add this amt to my bill.. Thanking you in anticipation..

We have checked your account details and found that MOBCGK30 service was activated on 17th jan after due consent from you. We have a dual consent record from your end in lieu of which the service was activated. However we have processed refund of Rs 30 in your account.
