Aircel — Non credited of recharge amount | |||||
I have made two online recharge one one 16/10/2015 of Rs. 50/- for top-up and on 02/11/2015 of Rs. 199/- for 2G service in my mobile no. [protected]. The BillDesk TransactionID is ESMP[protected] and ESMP [protected]. Both the transaction shown success in Recharge status. But till date the above amount has neither been credited to my mobile number nor the amount reverse to my bank accouts. Necessary action may please be taken for the same.
