Aircel — Non registering the SIM | |
My name is Mr. Nanda Lall Ghosh, Age 65 years.My Mobile No.[protected] which was earlier with Airtel n nw it is with Aircel wef 18 Jul 2015.Since then till 13 Aug 2015 i was using the same.Suddenly it is stoped with behind any reasons which is known to me. When Icontacted the customer care they informed that from their saide there is no problem and asked to visit Aircel store. Accordingly yesterday i visited the store but for my surprise it is informed to me that the sim card is stopped due non varification of doc.My question is that almost using for 1 month nw they informed me that fell in varification.Secondly I have received messages from Aircel that my portable is approved n the sim will function from 2359 hrs on 17 Jul 2015.SAt this age it is not possible to run door to door for the same.please sort out my problem at the earlies.
