[Resolved] Aircel — Not getting proper resolution and getting extra money | |||||
Dear Aircel, I am the customer of aircel, I used air cel no.[protected] more than 2 year, recently I have requested to change my no.from postpaid to prepaid and also give extra money for closing period, however still it not done, and now I got msg of bill .48 rupee, which I m not going to pay, as per discussion with the Aircel agent I gave full settlement. So at at finally my answer I not going to pay any extra amount and please stop sending msg to me and change my sim postpaid to prepaid, u guys is the last hope u could accept my request, otherwise like other in satisfied customer I will file a case in cosumer court against Aircel.
