Aircel — not receive reply of port request

Dear sir/mam

i have to port my aircel number to vodafone and because of this I have sent message (port [protected]) from my aircel sim for about 4 times but no reply comes from that. Therefore, i am unable to receive my UPC number. however, i am able to receive messages and calls from other sources.

please provide help !!
