[Resolved] Aircel — number ported without my confirmation | |||
Hi team, I've received a message that my number[protected] has been ported to vodafone with the request number dx882944. I've reached aircel customer care number, they've informed its ported to vodafone. I've done my ekyc on 28th september 2017 (Thursday) at aircel seva kendra (Subhash nagar). I received a confirmation message of number portability without my request on 3rd oct 2017. I still don't understand that how aircel approved number portability without my request/consent. Its terrible and pathetic that aircel customer care doesn't care about my number deactivation. I hope the numbers unavailability doesn't matter for aircel. I've lost my important calls due to this.
