[Resolved]  Aircel — POOR RESPONSE AT THE OOTY OFFICE

I wish to bring to your kind attention that I was a Mobile Services BPL ----> Hutch ------> Vodafone for the past 12 years. Never in my life I had my number [[protected]] barred. I and 2 others in my family members went for a portal change couple of months back and changed from Vodafone to Aircel. Initially while availing the connection the In charge at the Ooty Office, YAGHU and another lady staff gave so many fake promises regarding the 3 post paid connections. Little did we know that they were lying. Once we got the connections YAGHU never responded to our calls or mails. To make things worse were the billing amount charged to us. No matter what we tried to reach YAGHU regarding this he wouldn't respond. Our bills as never before came in 1000's as against Rs. 99/- / Rs. 225/- for our plans. At least 3 - 4 times my number was barred in couple of months time for errorneous billing by YAGHU and the lady staff. Finally I gave up on this connection 3rd of this month [December]. In spite of writing mail to the Customer Care and the Grievance Cell we have not received any prompt action or response till date. Finally we decided we are going to bar all 3 numbers of ours and go for some other services who stick on to their committment. When I surfed online I came across another gentleman named Mr. Rao who had recently [October 2014] lodged complaint against the same person. But he too seem to be upset with no action been taking. How many more mails does the Customer Care, Aircel expect to take a prompt response against a irresponsible staff like YAGHU? - Anjali.

Hello Customer Service Officer,

Same response I have seen on Mr. Rao's complaint too. But I see that his complaint done couple of months back is yet to be resolved.

The same is going to be repeated again???
