Aircel — Recharge balance issue | |||
I rechrged my phone no. [protected] with 45rs. via my paytm account. As details given on the portal I should be getting 50 rs. for this recharge but only recieved 46rs. Even I received the recharge message for 50 only. I complaint for it and was told that within 48 hours the issue will get resolved. It's been almost one week I didn't received the left amount. Again I complain for it but the response was disgusting and unprofessional. I asked them to lodge a complain for my inconvenience but the call get hanged up. This is very irresponsible behavior.
