Aircel — Recharge net balance misbehave | |||||
I have recharged my aircel number on 16th march, 2016 at 5.01 pm. It has unlimited 2g high speed internet facility with 1.25 gb high speed data with 28 days validity . After successful recharge i am still not able to access or check my data balance using *122*011# . After 10 - 12times calling to aircel they are ignoring and told that their server down call me after 2 hours every day and every time. Please solve my matter i am not able to access internet . Error message encountered if any while trying to browse / do.: not connecting. H/E on. But still data is not transferred. Uplink /downlink.is not showing. I am using a smartphone. My phone has no issue. My recharge amount was 148 . I think u will give my amount or will solve the issue as well asap. Its already over 20 days.
