[Resolved] Aircel — Recharge Offer provided on 121 not completed after mail and talk | |||
On 26th Jan. 2017, on 121 offer for me was 45 TT on 40 recharge and and 500 mb data on recharge of rs. 24 but I got only 31 TT and 100 mb data. Today one of them called and talks very rudely without listening my point. My words are just that I had recharge many times that kind of recharges but I never mention to any retailer for specific discussion about specific or general recharge. If they are providing any special off er than its their duty to facilitate their retailer for specific recharges. Why I should pay for their internal affair. So please take some steps to protect my rights. And Thank you so much I got my deducted balance by complaint from here last time so I have true faith on this complaint box rather than directly talk with Aircel services Was this information helpful? | |||

Further, the best offer extra benefit from *121# is only applicable at AGB recharge the AGB recharge mode (Offer retailer dwara*150#recharge pe manya) already mentioned with recharge benefit description. And your recharges were not done through AGB mode. Hence, default benefits have already been credited in your account on 26 Jan 2017.
