[Resolved] Aircel — Recharge payment not, credited to account resulting nil talktime balance

Recharge amount of rs 300 was paid thr: bill payment facility of icici bank. The payment was acknowledged by aircel vide their sms on my mobile. Trying to make a call, the message of nil talk-time balance is conveyed to me.

Aircel Customer Care's response Dear Customer (Mks pillay),

As per system check, we have found that you have recharged with Rs.300 on 1st Jun’17 and you have received the talk time of Rs 340 instantly.
Further, we would like to inform you that there was a data consumption of 34355 KB on 1st Jun’17 for which Rs. 337.72 has been debited from your balance as there was no data pack active in your account and hence you’re not able to make outgoing calls.
