Dear sir, This is inform you that I have received call from Aircel customer care department No.[protected], date 04 may 2016 and they have subscribed Music connect service from him self without any acknowledgement, and deducted Amount of R s.30 .and i have send a email to nodel office but they don't reply back, Hope you understand the seriousness of this matter and advice me what should i do, ' regards. manish Was this information helpful? | |||||

Balance deducted .customer Care assured but did not return balance.mobile no-[protected]
I have been unintentionally been subscribed to NAMMA NAMITHA. It has deducted 20rs. Please look into this matter
They have deducted my 60 rs wrongly.i have been calling 198 since 2 days regarding this but they are not responding.

I am deeply pained and frustrated because of insensitive and fraudulent behaviour of Aircel, After letting us suffer for 8 days, after so many miss commitments & after our 100 of continuous requests for Stop Music Connect services in our mobile [protected], after compliant then aircel customer care stop Connect Music services and refund amount of @30 unnecessary deduct amount, this is finally reminder to you, If you will not stop unnecessary this service immediately and refund amount of Rs.30 .I will go through the Legal process.
Plz stop this ordeal of ours & relieve us from this unending suffering immediately.
