[Resolved]  Aircel — Regarding my Postpaid Bill

iam using Aircel for more than a year in the a plan of 499+tax.

so i will be getting maximum amount of 575 as my bill . but every month am getting more than wat i actually expect.

last September i had 100 rupees as balance amount. so i shud get around 675/- for the month of october.

but my bil amount is more than 750 which i hav no idea how did i get.

i Did not do any MMS as i can assure u from my side.

Already i had an issue with billing and som random person called me from Aircel and apologised for the extra amount and also assured me for the discount . but i did not receive such offer from their side as i enquired eith custimes caree.
and for the month of December 2016 my bill amount has hiked to 1189 including late fee 100+ Roaming charges+ VAS .
which has to be Deducted from the Bill and the amount has to be Reduced by Aircel service as am a valuable user of Aircel for more than a year.
please help me with fair response.

if this persists am planning to leave this network month through portability.

We have verified your number and found that amount of Rs.345 has been charged in data roaming charges. you latched on to non Aircel network like vodafone kerala and consumed 20.8 MB. Hence the same was charged on the base traiff of 10P/10KB.
