[Resolved]  Aircel — Regarding recharge problem

Dear Aircel customer care
I am Raju. My aircel no is [protected].
I had recharged my account with Rs. 45 last day. But it has been gone to the promo balance... Then I call to the customer care but customer care did not help me... Then I knew Aircel services are one of the worst service in the world if I could not get my recharge into main balance. So pls convert promo bal into main bal... I am not able to do any voice call/sms or activate any type of Internet pack...

2 rupees per day is getting deducted from my balance under NDAIRPI2. I didn't activate it and checked under 155223 and found I'm not subscribed to any pack. And I'm not interested in your 10mb daily plan . So deactivate it.My mobile no is [protected]

I tried last 1 year for request porting code . But aircel not send me code. Aircel forcly stay me in his company. I am very dissappointed for this. I want port my number in other company.
