[Resolved] Aircel — sudden network breakdown from 16 feb, 2018 | |||
I am regular customer of aircel (Delhi ncr region) for last 3 years. Suddenly network from my phone has disappeared and i don't have connectivity anymore. When i google about aircel, everybody says it has shutdown its operations. I feel cheated because i have never been informed about such shut down plans by aircel. I use it as my primary number and i have linked it at all important places either it is banking, aadhar or various policies. Even if any company wants to leave like this, they should atleast send upc to all its customers. Now please let me know how can i port my sim card to another network. Please provide me upc for [protected]. Moreover, my sim card had balance of more than 150 rupees which i don't know where to claim now. Was this information helpful? | |||
