Aircel — to close my account in aircel and start new mobile phone service from airtel | |||||
In this February 2018, 3rd week I was facing lot of communication problem from my mobile service provider Aircel. Hence I want to close my account, though I made a request through their Customer Care, they are not offering any Ticket no related to my QUERY. Already raised MNP with UPC no DT314121. This service provider unable to solve the issues, though I made a request a MNP before two months back M/s Aircel unable to solve the issues. They are not favoring for the consumer but they want to continue the service of the customer without any benefit to the consumer. Request you to take a corrective step in favor of the customers.
