[Resolved] Aircel — To get back the deducted amount and immediate deactivate khelo india jeeto india vas. | |||||
Hi dear sir/madam, My self ranjit sutradhar and my mobile no [protected]. Just now i switch on my mobile and i got a msg like that"thank you for choosing khelo india jeeto india at rs35. You have been charged rs35 for 7 days". This is the good morning message for me today. Whether it is a jock for me or what rubish i dont know. Be honest i am not satisfy aircel service. Shall i continue with aircel or what? I am using aircel last 7/8 years. Now i have notice that after one or two days one one new new vas will automatically active in my number and early morning when i switch on my mobile i got the good morning message like that" thanks for choosing something... And you have been charged... Please tell me what is this? In a week 4 times different different vas will automatically activated in this no at mid night and they deduct the amount from main balance. I don't know what happening exactly and it is more horrible... Even i already sent a mail to customer care and specially request please don't activate any vas service in my no but still new new vas it automatically activate.. Please tell me what to do next?? I think customer satisfaction is more important but here... Tell me if daily one one new vas will activate and without informing you they will deduct the amount and specially early morning after switch on in your mobile you got a msg like that which customer will be satisfy. Now i request please deactive all the vas which has been activated with in 7/8 days and return all the deducted amount in my main balance as soon as possible. I am waiting for your valuable reply.. Being a valued customer, we have refunded this amount as a goodwill gesture to your Aircel number and these packs are already deactivated.
