Sir, i am having two aircel no i. E. [protected] and [protected]. Both the nos are not working due to network failure. I am trying to get upc through sms and failed several times. Requested to resolve the issue and send the upc to my bsnl mobile no [protected] or mail to mail id : ashok. [protected]@hotmail.com
