[Resolved] Aircel — unable to port my aircel number.

I want to port my Aircel number but unable to send port request to 1900. I have been trying for one month but everytime sending is failed. I don't know why Aircel is doing this. I also called customer care but there is no option for registering a complaint and there is no customer care representative to register a complaint. Please look into this matter ASAP.
