[Resolved] Aircel — Unable to send port msg | |||
I tried so hard to talk with aircel customer, worst customer care with worst call quality. my internet never got connected. when we call they directly disconnect the phone. and they dont even have knowledge about the service they are providing. I mailed them and got a call from senior stating that you its problem with your handset. I already told them i tried sending sms using different mobile still facing the same issue. I wanted to move out of Aircel, I've been using it more than 8 years. The internet / mobile data is not up to the mark. Always I recharge for 3G and use 2G setup so that I will not lose incoming calls. And I need to roam with handset to find a place where there is good signal.
Now I've 4G phone, so I want to move from Aircel. When I sent PORT SMS, it is not allowing me to sent.
So crazy, why they are restrict peoples rights ?

Worst customer service ever.i have been trying to port out from last 15 days but geeting error while sending port message.
Tried calling customer care but they were so rude and arrogant. They just disconnect the call or put call on IVR.Requesting to take quick action.
