Aircel — Unfair balance deduction from my account | |||||
I have just switched my uninor number into aircel and made frc of 99 and got some data and 90 rupees in my promo balance account. Once i was surfing over the internet and i don't know how but i was redirected to a aircel wap site and they deducted rs 70 from my account citing i have subscribed 'all channel month pack', and i had deactivated this service within few hours as i noticed a balance deduction from my account. It is hard to believe that i was automatically redirected towards aircel wap site while surfing off the aircel site, and they deducted amount without any reconfirmation msg or asking me again if i actually want to activate that plan. I made some calls on 198 regarding this problem several times with mine or friend's aircel number but not a single time they could talk with me on my balance deduction citing 'server is not responding' - this is the pet response from an aircel customer care representative when you want to talk over the phone. And then they blocked all the aircel numbers from which i was trying to call and get an logical answer. They i mailed them my problem at care. [protected]@aircel.Co.In first and then at appellate. [protected]@aircel.Co.In too. I told me that i downloaded an content therefore i was charged. But i had received a msg of a tv monthly pack activation. But the important thing to be noticed here is that a monthly pack was activated from my promo balance. While if i want to activate any plans myself then i would need to keep money in my 'main balance account'. Sir i have another complaint regarding unfair balance deduction for the same day (30th may 2016) the same time almost and the same number - i called to a delhi based land line number and had a talk for 2 minutes 51 seconds and they changed me rs 5.05 for this call while i had tariff (For local and std both) activated on my number. To which they didn't reply my any mail. Sir unfair balance deduction has been the patented problem of aircel, there are a lot of aircel subscribers who has been the victim of it at once at least. It looks like aircel monitors it's targeted subscribers that what a subriber is surfing and then in between they managed something to redirect to aircel wap site that leads to balance deduction. Well I don't think so you are working for your customer satisfaction... You don't talk on 198 about balance deduction just block numbers... Blames server is down...
One should write to TRAI also to monitor your server if it is actually down all the time.. Or is your patented excuse to avoid your customer complaints
