[Resolved] Aircel — Unnecessary Activation | |||
I am Jayashankaran and My Aircel Number is [protected]. On 26.10.2014 Evening i got a Message from Aircel that i have activated STORE 5 and Rs.5 is deduced from my account balance. Howcome this happens? I didnt activate any of the services and they are deducing the money from balance. I complained to Customer Care and they registered the Complaint 1-[protected] and yesterday 27.10.2014 i got another message seeking that my issues were solved. But i didnt get the Deduced amount. What they r thinking? Is it a new way to deduce amount by telling someone that its for activation charges..This is Wrong. I want my money to be credited to my account balance or else tell me the mobile number portability for changing to AIRTEL network. Its better than this stupid AIRCEL NETWORK.
