Aircel — Unwanted activation of aircel store 99 & inactivation of 3g data | |||
Sir, I Pranav Bhowmik today received message regarding activation of STORE 99, which I never subscribed. It is going to charge me 99 from my account balance as soon as I recharge. And there is another incident I recharged Rs 175 on 10th Nov 2015 gives me GB data for 26 days. Hardly I could use any data as after recharge It flashed no network connection on my screen but on cheching data balance it showed I have 1 GB on my data account. On 14th Nov it showed that I have no data balance. I could not call customer care services as I did not have balance in my main account. I prevent myself from recharging main account balance as they cut unnecessary charges for various services which gets activated automatically. I request you to look into the matter.
