Aircel — Worst customer service | |||||
See my name is rahul and my mobile number is [protected] .I have done an online recharge through paytm on 2/11/2015 which was suceessfull recharged, but i didn't get any benefits, so i called to aircel customer care where it takes such a long time to speak with customer care and they don't even respond in a proper way.And at last, they said that they will credit cash back to my account within 2 days and after that when i called them they are not even responsible in online payment which was done through paytm.When i complained on paytm they had replied me that i am not ekigible for cash back.They are the customer service which aircel is maintaining and they dont even know how to respond to service or a complain.I am totally fed up with the service they have given me.Now who is responsile for this and from where my amount will be recredited .See iam now complaining not at all for the money but the worst service given by the customer service.For that service they almost took 3 weeks.
