[Resolved] Aircel — worst service and also unauthorized amount debited by aircel network | |
I raised a concern to aircel stating that, i used mobile network out of tamilnadu (Ie bengaluru), and i used internet in vodafone|aircel in network. On 29th jan 2018, data balance was deducted. On 30th jan 2018, i sat on the same place where i am supposed to be on 29th jan, and from my main balance, the amount of rs 250 was deducted. I raised this concern to aircel (Dock no-1-[protected]). But there was no response from them, and not even a single response i received from aircel. I raised this issue to respective appellate. Today (15 feb 2018) i recharged 154 rupees for ul calls and 2gb data. After i recharged, i cant able to call to another mobile, and if some one calls me, they receive a message stating that "the number you are trying is not reachable". Aircel replies like, this issue will be resolved in 2 days. Until then what will be the situation where i wanted to make some urgent calls.
