[Resolved]  Aircel — Wrong plan activated

Dear sir

I have using aircel postpaid connection in past 1years and 4mnths. i was start my connection with MNP 347 plan. its have 1.5GB 3G unlimited 2G and 800 local minutes and its continued upto sep 2016. oct 1st onwards internet usage was revised from 1.5GB to 1GB without any information. and i called to customer care asked about this they strictly told plan was changed here after ur using this plan only... this is first mistake without given any information plan was changed

My work fully based on internet so i asked to them any other plan suggest me with above 1gb internet connection
their also suggested one plan combo 399 and explained about this its have 1gb 3g and 750 calls 2g unlimited i[censored] want more then 1gb 3g data u need to pay every 50kb for 4paisa above one gb

But now am getting 1gb 3g only and 600 local minutes(explaind 750 calls) if i connect 2g data after closed my 3g limit its also consider to paymant list(but their was explained 2g unlimited)

my previous plan 347 is better then is 399 plan . now i have paid 50rupee extra from my previous plan and getting low benefits which were get in previous plan
totally disppointed this activity again i informed to customer care not response

I am using Aircel and when i recharge with 249 rs All over India free recharge they stopped my service .
Now i can not call to any number.
They had do fraud with me.
And now i cannot use my aircel number,

I deactivate my Rs-4 rupees SMS pack but it automatic renewed why I facing problems am a student plzzz sir deactivate my SMS pack tomorrow I call 198 customer care and she dial *121*401# for deactivate but I try it in 2 days but it auto renewed my Aircel no is - [protected]

I was getting msg of 399 recharge wth unlimited calling n 1gb per day for 84days but when i recharge it online it show me only data for 28 days wth no calling service. Now i m calling customer care but they r telling u have to get rechare by retailer. But it was not mentioned in the msg. Whose fault its is i think its a fraud. So kindly help me...
