Aircosta — Air costa : flight cancelled and refund not received

Hi,

I made a booking with air costa from bangalore to jaipur for march 1st, 2017 through makemytrip.

The pnr was 02sw07 and mmt booking id was nf[protected].

Though the flight got cancelled and customer care people told that they will issue full refund, i have not been able to get my money back yet. I have been following up with makemytrip and they do not have any update. They just keep saying aircosta is holding all the money and not giving it back and that they also do not have any answer or timeline for this.

I tried reaching out to aircosta but it seems their call centres are not operational anymore.

I want to raise this complaint against air costa and i am expecting some help in getting my money back.
