Aircosta — Flight cancelled with no specific reason assigned | |||||
I had booked 9 tickets in all (To and fro) for myself and family members on 7th may 2016 to travel from ahmedabad to hyderabad with air costa airlines lb676 on 14 june 2016... 6 onward tickets from ahmedabad to hyderabad and 3 return tickets from hyderabad to ahmedabad (Flight lb675) on 20th june 2016 using via.com. My request for an alternate arrangement to the airlines went unheard I spent around rs 22000 After lots of phone calls and e-mails eating into my time, i got back the refund on 17th of june amount around rs 20169. (Which is less rs 1800 that i had paid 2 month in advance to the airlines (Interest counts) i also had to make all reservations again at a very short time. This has been lots of pain and mental torture to make reservations in last moments during the rush travel period. Spending lots of time and money. I wish aircosta needs to pay for this to all who went thru this kind of situation.. The recent bill of 400% payment for this kind of cancellations without any alternate arrangement done,,, needs to apply right away.. Please support... Thanks...
