[Resolved] IndiGo Airline / Yatra.com — Not providing any option for editing the filled data after payment | |||
I have booked indigo airline ticket for my friend through Yatra.com. While booking online ticket by mistake i have putted wrong spelling for last name and done payment. After payment, i got ticket in my mail and i observed that i have filled some wrong spelling of last name. I called both Yatra.com and Indigo,and request for correction of filled data but they told you can not edit any data. I asked for any alternative solution they told You have to cancel the ticket and re book it. I didn't found any solution and simply they deducted 1446 INR from my account as cancellation charge. I checked terms and condition, policy and other information available on INDIGO website but didn't found any such rule under which you can't edit data once payment has done. Pleas let me know for any other information.Please help me to get me back cancellation charge.... Was this information helpful? | |||
