Airlink Communications — internet is not working

We have airlink internet connection from last 6 months dated 29/04/2018, during this time we have so many times the connection problem, all that times we book our complaints but it will be solved not properly.

From last friday dated 05/10/2018, internet is totally not working, for that we can call in airlink customer care number (Which is mentioned in the website named (http://airlinkcpl.net/index.php/contact-us/) +[protected] or +[protected]. But out of 20 times we can call there is only one time picking up the call.

Also we can call salesman who given assurity (If anything problem pls call me i can solve the problem) before getting airlink internet connection, that salesman also not pick up the phone. That salesman number is [protected].

And when customer care pick up the call they says we has register your complain, it will be solve in 3 working days... But today date is 11/10/2018 yet my problem is not solve.

We (Ds multi solutions) are corporate and our business throughout india and overseas, we really need continuous connection availability but we have too much problem with airlink connection.

Still these moments we are suffering problem but you have no time and staff to resolve our problem.
