No internet at all. Useless service...

We have airlink internet connection from last 6 months dated 29/04/2018, during this time we have so many times the connection problem, all that times we book our complaints but it will be solved not properly.

From last friday dated 05/10/2018, internet is totally not working, for that we can call in airlink customer care number (Which is mentioned in the website named (http://airlinkcpl.net/index.php/contact-us/) +[protected]...

I have purchased internet plan for my home on 5th November 2014. Plan name is ‘SRET-Smartest-12M-12Mbps-60GB’ from Airlink communications, Surat. I can use 60 GB data maximum or up to 1 year whichever comes earlier. But from last few days, I cannot access internet and I asked about this to ISP help desk phone no[protected].
