Airlink Communications — regarding activation of internet plan | |||
I have purchased internet plan for my home on 5th November 2014. Plan name is ‘SRET-Smartest-12M-12Mbps-60GB’ from Airlink communications, Surat. I can use 60 GB data maximum or up to 1 year whichever comes earlier. But from last few days, I cannot access internet and I asked about this to ISP help desk phone no[protected]. They replied that my plan is inactive due to I used all my data (60GB). I used only 17205.75 MB (17GB) as I can see in my login (http://pg.airlinkcpl.com/cgi/login.php ). I told same to help desk but they asked me to login in another window (http://user.airlinkcpl.com/Customer/Default.aspx) which is showing that my account is inactive. As I am 100% sure that my use of internet data is very low. I haven’t used such a large amount DATAs ever. I requested to activate my plan by sending an email to [protected]@airlinkcpl.net on 12th July 2015. But they didn’t reply yet. Was this information helpful? | |||
