[Resolved] Airtel — 1gb data recharged but after 2 days without using date shown as it completed the 1gb

I have recharged 1gb net pack data on 23.02.2016 against the mobile no.[protected]. I used small net information and turn off-ed the mobile data. After 2 days a message is received as mobile data completed recharge for net browsing. I surprised. This is cheating. I have booked an complaint in air-tel website vide complaint reg.No.Ot[protected] . But till date no information is received from the company.

Please look into the matter and needful action solicited in the matter
