Airtel Prepaid Services — harrasment from an airtel executive

I am from Mumbai and have been following your programme on CNBC awaaz regularly. It is one of its kind platform available for common people to put forth their problems.
I want to bring to your notice one such problem I faced from an Airtel executive. I am using Airtel Prepaid services from past 5yrs .On 29th September 2007 at 6:32 pm, an Airtel executive named Rekha called me from [protected], she was explaining me about some new scheme they have launced. When i showed my disinterest in it, she started arguing with me and her behaviour was indecent and shocking.I tried explaining her that I am not interested. Still she kept on talking rudely with me. I am really upset with the Kind of services We receive in India.I want the Company to understand their mistake and apolozise for the same.
I hope you will take necessary steps to solve this.
