[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid Services — harrasment from an airtel executive

I am from Mumbai and have been following your programme on CNBC awaaz regularly. It is one of its kind platform available for common people to put forth their problems.
I want to bring to your notice one such problem I faced from an Airtel executive. I am using Airtel Prepaid services from past 5yrs .On 29th September 2007 at 6:32 pm, an Airtel executive named Rekha called me from [protected], she was explaining me about some new scheme they have launced. When i showed my disinterest in it, she started arguing with me and her behaviour was indecent and shocking.I tried explaining her that I am not interested. Still she kept on talking rudely with me. I am really upset with the Kind of services We receive in India.I want the Company to understand their mistake and apolozise for the same.
I hope you will take necessary steps to solve this.

I have been charged fraud transaction at Fastag, they have charged without travelling from that area, even after contacting customer service till now no proper resolution, issue has been raised on 29/04/2021. Can anyone help me out

Today while recharging the aforsaid mob [protected] through airtel thanks app amount of Rs. 143.00(actually it is A plan of Rs. 149.00).It was deducted twice of amount Rs. 143.00 each due to your system problem .
Hence please arrange to refund one amount of Rs. 143.00 to my account and confirm the same.
I have attached two different transaction details for your reference.
More over The aforesaid mob number is related to my mother Mrs.Bharati Bhattacharjee and I have recharged the same through airtel thanks app which is related to my mob number [protected](Manoj Bhattacharjee).My mother is a 70 years old women .She is not using any email I'd.
Hence please come to the main point which I raised and arrange to resolve the issue on priority basis.
