I launched a complaint on 5 June with complaint no. 65100870, which was closed by the Srinagar- Uttarakhand agent stating it is out of our coverage area and they closed stating it as resolved. I again called the customer service desk and launched another complaint on June 6 with no. 65192696, which was again closed by the Airtel team without calling me or resolving the complaint. On 7 June I got the call for the feedback on my resolved request, I informed them that it is yet not resolved. they assured me it will be resolved by EOD and the dealer will connect you. I called the nodal officer number which was received in SMS but again all in vain . Got only assurances, nothing else. No call...no visit but in the whole day got 7 calls from different no. assuring it will be closed today itself i.e 7th June. Now on 8 June I again called nodal office no. [protected], who again launched a complaint with no. 65289638 and assured will be closed before 1 pm. Nothing has happened till now, but I'm getting calls for feedback. The old lady is staying at the address where this Airtel DTH is installed and she is getting annoyed as she is helpless.
