Airtel — Automatic deduction of Net balance and money balance

I had an internet balance of over 1.5 GB and a balance of around Rs 190. But airtell deducted it all from my account without any so usage or any thing. This is a big shame for such a big company. U cannot keep your customers happy. There is no point in making false claims of giving best service to your customers when you cant even keep them with you and help them out. I hav been severly hit by financial blow from your side. You people took my over 1.5 GB data and around 190 Rs balance. I feel so cheated by airtell. Please see if you can help me now by returning the same.I tried a lot to reach your customer service support but all in vain.
