I got an sms saying the below after recharging my mobile [protected] with RC17 on Dec 16th.
"Congrats!On recharging with RC17, u have been given special Local+STD call
rate of 30p/m for 30 days'
I'm charged 1.50/min for STD for the past 5 days and lost 100 rupees so far.
I've attached the SMS also here.
When I contacted customer care, the response was irresponsible and I'm pasting the reply below.

This is in reference to your email regarding non-receipt of recharge benefit for your airtel mobile number [protected].
I tried to contact you [protected], but was unable to reach you.
We would like to inform you that the recharge done on[protected] for Rs.17/- was successful.

Benefit: All local mobile calls at 30paise/min
Validity: 30 days.
Dial *129*08# (toll free) to check your mobile balance and validity.
We also like to inform you that, there is no such offer of Rs.17/- for all local and STD mobile calls at 30paise/min valid for 30 days available for your airtel number.
We request you to ignore the SMS you received."

How can I just ignore the SMS which I got it from Airtel? I want my money back.
