I have the honour to inform you with sheer frustration and grief, the worst kind of strategies adopted by my mobile service provider airtel.
Sir, i recharged my above mentioned mobile no. With rs. 200 / - full talk time recharge on 27 / 07 / 2015. Rs. 46 / - 2g whatsapp pack was also recharged on the same day. I used whatsapp to view 4 photos & 1 small videos (1 min 30 seconds) . I was surprised to know that my entire balance was debited and was brought back to zero.
Immediately i contacted customer care with great difficulties and informed the same. I was told that whatsapp pack is available only for using text messages and viewing photos, videos on whatsapp will cost the main balance and the same was applied to me.
Sir it surprises me to know that viewing 4 photos and a small video can cost rs 200 / - . Even if such great facility packs are available, it must be mentioned clearly which i was not there while making online recharge. Sir it is only a smart move by the service provider to fool customers and make money.
Sir what desperates me more is none of the customer executives are ready to share their higher authorities. I am really scared of recharging my mobile as i dont know how and why my balance will be debited automatically in lieu of what.
Sir finding no other alternative, i would like to use this forum to escalate my case at appropriate level to resolve my problem
