Airtel — balance not refunded in online payment

Rs 349/-
She recharge kiya tha.
Joki is no. Pe kisi karan recharge ni ho paya or
Transition fail ho gya,
Ab airtel customer is payment ke liye responsible ni le rahe hein. Or balance refund she mana kar rahe hein,
Plz help me, or balance refund karne ke liye fir darz ki jaye..
