Airtel — Charging more money and changed the plan without my confirmation

I had ported both my mobile numbers from TATA Docomo to AIRTEL. At the Time of number portability, Airtel Customer Care Executive had informed me that I will be given the AIRTEL Corporate 299 plan.

And I had paid Rs 600 as a deposit and Airtel Customer Care Executive had informed me that the amount will be adjusted in the billing. In the First Month bill they had Adjusted some of the amount, while in the second month bill they have not adjusted.

Later I came to know that I'm not in the Airtel Corporate plan instead they had given me 'My Plan 299 - KA'. I had informed these details to AIRTEL and no actions has been taken. Please find the Reference numbers given below.

In the billing of my mobile numbers, my name is not properly updated. I have informed the same to the AIRTEL Customer Care and still there is not response.

I need the following as the resolution.

1)I should get the AIRTEL Corporate Plan 299
2)The remaining Deposit amount should be adjusted to the Current Billing.
3)Extra Charged Money should be reduced as these are the faults of Airtel Customer Care Executives.
4)I need my name to be changed in the Billing as Manjunath Prasad B

Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

In the above mentioned complaint only one issue is solved.

The remaining Deposit amount should be adjusted to the Current Billing.

And the remaining issues are issues itself

1)I should get the AIRTEL Corporate Plan 299
2)Extra Charged Money should be reduced as these are the faults of Airtel Customer Care Executives.

3)I need my name to be changed in the Billing as Manjunath Prasad B
Still my name is not properly updated in the Billing for the mobile number [protected]

Due to these Issues I wanted to Port Out from AIRTEL and they are not processing the PORT OUT request as well.
