Airtel d2h — Given a bigger size product instead of the required size and promised to replace but not replacing or exchanging | |||||
Swear Slim Belt company Number : [protected] From the Airtel digital tv i ordered the above mentioned product on Friday dt.22.1.2017. and i got the same product within a day.while ordering they promised that they will replace the belt in case no effect in 15 days . I was surprised. When the delivery boy gave me the box of Sweat slim Belt it was written xxxl size for the one belt and other one was XL. i told him that i dont require this bigger size so he said this is the standard we gave to everyone. i took and the moment i used it oh damid it was too big size for me. I called the customer size guys and the delivery boy too very next second. Both said it wil get change, Now after 2 days when i called customer service they were so damm rude. i am taking follow up every week they say its not possible to exchange. What was that. while taking order you people behave nicely. the moment you get money these people r behaving so rude and like a illiterate people. I am not asking money back but size need to change as soon as possible otherwise this product is a waste for me. Kindly do the needful pls Was this information helpful? | |||||
