[Resolved] Airtel d2h — Recharge issues - misleading customer support | |||||
My airtel d2h account Digital TV: [protected]-001 I recharged Rs. 750 between January 15 and February 28 2016. It seemed that someone from Airtel d2h just changed my pack without my consent and my money was deducted so quickly that now I am even unable to see the addon which should actually run till 28 February. I contacted airtel d2h customer care twice and they took complaint and told I would get the amount back in two days. However, nothing happened even after 10 days. I am unhappy with this d2h service and I wont recharge till they return the money they drained from my account Was this information helpful? | |||||
