Airtel — Data recharge not reflecting on Airtel account

I have recharged the daily data of 1gb (Rs.18) thrice. Twice on 22nd and once on 23rd July 2022, out of which one was refunded. I have tried contacting the customer service. But have been connected to the bot attender. The transaction nos of the recharges are :
Transaction ID: [protected] and [protected]. The data was not added yesterday(22nd July, 22) and am still waiting for today's recharged 1gb to be added. Its validity is only for the current day. And it has not happened before. I would like to contact someone in Airtel regarding this(real person and not a bot).
