Dear M/s Airtel,
I am associated to airtel for more than six years, and have regularly faced the problem of elevated bill amounts in the past, same has happened this month to add my pain, where a bill amount of whooping Rs.3910 (bill period 5'may'15 to 4-Jun'15) has been raised against my Rs 1599 solitaire plan.
When contacted, customer care guys told me that I have overused my 3g data, and a total usage of around 8.8 GB against my allotted 8 GB, but to tell you, I also topped up my account with smart byte for Rs 300 for 1 GB, i.e technically a total of 9 GB for the said month I had and issue of over usage of data doesn't arises .
Kindly look into the matter and resolve it by scraping off the extra data usage amount, so that it doesn't burden me to pay the bill and I can pay it asap.
