Been experiencing coverage issues since 10 years and have been complaining repeatedly since 2 years. Escalated here on facebook, then to Nodal. Nodal lied to me that they resolved the issue when they did not even come to my home to check the issue. Then escalated to appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com that Nodal officer is lying to me. The ...person who called me few minutes ago was thoroughly unprofessional and again tried to hush up the issue and trying to say they cannot do anything more than what they have already done. When I ask what they have done to better the issue he is clueless. Then suddenly he decides to do a U turn and says they have identified the issue and will resolve it in 90 days. Since 2 yrs they have been saying the same and done nothing except this time they are daring to lie to customers. When asked for further escalation he says there is no escalation beyond him and he is the last. By his voice, tone and professionalism, I could tell that he was less than a general operator who picks calls when 121 is dialled. I found the people attending to 121 far better and professional
He said he will reply back to my on mail with the following:
1) Apologizing for wrongly stating to me earlier that the issue was resolved
2) Issue will be rectified in next 90 days after taking reading at my home
3) Say to me that they cant provide better service
4) State that he is last point of escalation and no one beyond him
All of the above reasons are why we still continue to be your customers. Airtel is really the best when it comes to customer satisfaction.
And finally, I received the below mail from appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com with 2 broken links and must I say how professionally its written by person claiming to be last point of escalation? Not even a hello? Should airtel still employ such liars?
