I had applied for landline and wifi connection in the end of June from Airtel. Your executive (Neeraj [protected]) had taken money from me for 6 months and committed that Landline instrument will be given to me along with connection next day . It has been more than two weeks and I am still waiting for my instrument and my landline to be activated. I have been following up with Neeraj regularly and he has given all false commitments to me but nothing has happened. I spoke to his boss Sandeep also but he also did the same thing (false commitment) and nothing changed. I spoke to your customer care and they committed that instrument will come in 48 hours and after that some one from Airtel called me that they will not be able to provide instrument to me. I again called up to your call centre and requested your executive to let me speak to someone senior and when she spoke to her senior no one agreed to speak to me. Later on some senior executive spoke to me but no solution provided to me. He forwarded my complaint to follow up team and then one female called me and started yelling at me as if I had done something wrong.
A very unprofessional behavior is been experienced with all Airtel executives till now, may be that is what you train them to be rude with all customers. I feel that I have paid my hard earned money to you to get harassed.
I have never seen such unprofessional organization till now. If you cannot provide services so at least you can refund the money back to your customers. Was this information helpful? |
